The land of fire and ice is probably the most photogenic country I’ve ever visited, from volcanos, mountains, waterfalls to amazing birdlife, it offers everything a photographer could want. Although the most sought after bird on Iceland is 100% a puffin there are much more species that make amazing photographs there. From my first trip there in 2021 I was instatly in love with the country. Not skittish birds and midnight sun make Iceland one of the best if not the best destinations for bird photographers in the world. Especially those who seak out unique wildscape type shots or amazind light.
